September Recipe of the Month

2-1/2 lbs. Chicken Wings

4 tablespoons Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon chili powder, melted
1 teaspoon ketchup

Add pepper sauce, chili powder, and ketchup one at a time to melted butter; stir thoroughly. Let stand while splitting wings at each joint discarding tips. Pat dry. Deep fry at 400 degree for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy. Dip wings in sauce to coat completely. Makes 24 to 30 individual pieces.

Did You Know?

Did you know that margarine in stick form has animal fat as opposed to a soft or liquid texture. So when possible cook and bake with margarine in soft or liquid form.
