Party Sandwiches - Roll Ups - Holiday Menus
Step 1. Trim crusts from slices of bread
Step 2. Lightly roll bread with rolling pin
Step 3. Spread each slice with a tablespoon of filling
Step 4. Roll up like a jelly roll
Step 5. Wrap each roll tightly in foil or wax paper; twist ends of foil or wax paper to seal.

Sandwich Fillings:
Mix together any of the following to fill 8 slices of bread:

1. 1 jar about ( 5 ounces) bacon cheese spread
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper and onions.

2. 1 ( 3 ounce) package cream cheese, soften
1 ( 2 ounces) can deviled ham
½ teaspoon prepared horseradish or spiced relish.

3. 1 container ( 5 ounces) chicken salad
2 tablespoons pickle relish.

4. 3 to 4 ounces pimiento spread
1 tablespoon pickle relish.

Decorate the sandwich platter with fresh parsley, pickles, radishes, cherry tomatoes, or other colorful garnishes.

Below are two great holiday punch recipes. Try them for your holiday party!

Pineapple Holiday Punch
2 quarts chilled pineapple juice
32 ounces chilled Sprite or 7-UP
1 can pine-orange banana juice concentrate, thawed
Citrus slices and sliced strawberries for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl. To garnish, slice citrus or strawberries. Serve cold.

Cranberry Holiday Punch
1- 6 ounce can frozen lemonade
1- 32 ounce bottle of cranberry juice
2- 12 ounce cans of ginger ale, chilled
Prepare lemonade as directed on can in a large pitcher. Stir in cranberry juice and ice to chill. Just before you’re ready to serve, stir in ginger ale. Yield: About 12 servings.
